Please beware of this company - they claim free ‘easy’ returns but you have to use DPD (their courier who they have an agreement with). DPD have lost my parcel of whom severer linen will receive reimbursement for but they will not refund me my money. I have wasted hours on the telephone going between DPD and this company - they claim it doesn’t often happen but reading the reviews I beg to differ!

Wonderful experience & great quality product!

I have been buying bed sheets from this company for years, and more recently linen curtains. I absolutely love the quality and the designs (very modern). I cannot believe some of the 1 star reviews which I find totally unfair (I sometimes question Trustpilot because anyone can leave a review without even having bought from the store). Their customer service is also amazing (special thanks to Emily who I have had the pleasure to deal with this week). One last thing: I am single and their duvet covers are particularly easy to fit on your own. I wouldn't consider buying from anywhere else.

Cheap rubbish product, repackaged to look more expensive. Waste of money, do not recommend.

I recently purchased The Tiny Stripe bedding set which I found to be rather rough. In retrospect I should have returned it, but I washed it before first use, as recommended. It was still rough, especially the fitted sheet, because the raised pattern makes it more uncomfortable. Also, the pillowslips are a bit tight. Very disappointed, even at sale price, this is a very ordinary bedding set.
Update: Put bedding on spare bed because of its poor quality, two months and three washes later the fabric has little pulls and is even rougher than before.
They should spend more time on the quality of their products and less time on brand image.

Just wanted to say that I received very good customer service .. refreshing. I had an issue with an item 7 Months after I made a purchase , so I braced myself for excuses and battle. How wrong was I , a polite lady listened and resolved the issue quickly to my satisfactory. Thank you Rose.

I can't recommend this company, their ethos, or their products and service enough. I've orders a few times from them now and get so excited to receive the gorgeously packaged items, always complete with their bespoke newspaper The Bedspread which I devour and a teapigs teabag to enjoy whilst reading it. It's such a lovely concept and all the tips and after advice or creative tasks and recipes are such a special touch. The sheets and range itself is divine and feels so luxurious to climb into each night.

Bought grey linen valance. To be honest the fabric is pretty poor quality, certainly not a decent quality linen. It doesn't crumple as linen should at all. It is more like a cheap Indian cotton.
I shall use it in the short term. It came quickly enough.

Upon receiving our newly purchased bedding I realised the order was wrong. Within 2 days the correct order had been resent and the wrong order collected by DPD delivery. Mistakes happen and I was so impressed by this speedy solution. The sheets and pillowcases look and feel lovely - we have just enjoyed a wonderful sleep and will be ordering more! Thanks to the team for great customer service.

Great after sales service, always good to know their commitment to customer service doesn't disappear once the initial sale is made. Very impressed, would definitely recommend them.

Exceptional Quality!!
I am SO impressed with the quality of my large waffle blankets. I don’t seem to get it right just by pictures as most companies try to “up” their products by fluffing etc. These blankets far outreached my expectations. They are GORGEOUS!!
Promp delivery!! I ordered these yesterday and they arrived this morning!
Absolutely on their game.
